Did you know that funding for our STEM classes partially comes from the EP&O levy? These classes teach students hands-on skills while preparing them for their future. Learn more about the February 2024 measures at https://www.dpsd.org/page/bond-levy-information

Our schools are our community. We are asking the community to consider a levy and bond in the February 2024 election that will continue funding for the day-to-day operations of our schools and address our facility needs and growing enrollment. All to ensure our students and staff have access to learning spaces that support their future growth.

HAPPY NATIONAL CUSTODIAN DAY! An ENORMOUS round of applause is owed today and every day to all the custodians and maintenance crew who work tirelessly to keep our schools clean, safe, and primed for student success!

Late Start Wednesday 9/27/23. School starts at 9:35.

At the September 25 meeting, the Deer Park School Board approved resolutions asking our community to consider two funding measures in the February 13, 2024 election. We are asking voters to consider a Capital Projects Bond and a renewal of the Educational Programs and Operations Levy. Read about how these measures will support students and staff. Good afternoon Arcadia Families,
I have a few messages to share with you:
First off, a reminder that In the morning we have supervision for students starting at 8:15 AM. Please do not drop your students off before 8:15.
At the end of the day for parent pick-up, we need your help. Please do not park in our disabled parking spaces unless you have a parking pass to do so. Thank you for making sure those passes are displayed. Also, please do not pick up kids in the thru traffic lanes; we want to keep that lane moving and keep our kids safe from running into traffic.
And finally, next week teachers will be reaching out to schedule your student’s parent teacher conference. Conferences are the 29th and 30th of this month. Hope to see you all then!
Thank you,
Have a wonderful evening!
Lori Burke

Due to some dangerous weather conditions this winter that required us to close schools, we've made some changes to the 2022-23 school calendar. Click the following link to learn more: https://www.dpsd.org/article/1030332

Deer Park Schools will be CLOSED today. We've got some treacherous road conditions and several (blocking) road accidents throughout the district. Please be safe out there!

Deer Park School District will be running on a two-hour late start today! We believe the delayed start time will allow plow crews and our facilities crews to address significant snow accumulations on the roads and around buildings.

We're going to see some bitterly cold temperatures in the mornings both tomorrow and Friday! Please bundle your children up - especially if they're walking to school or waiting outside at a bus stop. More information at the following link - https://www.dpsd.org/article/1012155

Good Morning,
Just a reminder that there will not be school this Friday or next Monday (2/17-2/20) due to Presidents' Day Weekend.
Thank you,
